You propably hear this often ,if you dont i do, i often get calls from people thinking that i also sell bins the reason for this weeks blog is to explain to cosmopoliatans what must one do when they have lost the're Bin : the first thing you do is to report this to the police they will give you a case number then you use your case number to call pik it up on this number 011 375 5555 and follow this voice prompt to order the new Bin and after 10 days they will deliver it to your door step , they also deliver on weekends ,its a pity they will just show up unannounced.

Another thing that i wanted to make fellow cosmopolitans aware of is that pleas take a closer look at your rates and Taxes statement make sure that the value of your house is reflecting propaly otherwise you could be underpaying the municiplaity and the moment they realize you will be in for a shock once they rectify their mistake.

Remember the value of your house dertermines what you should pay for the Rates, so always insure that your statement is reflecting the proper value

I cannot believe the joy one gets from being a parent,being a mother opens your heart,your mind and your abilities to the level you never imagined possible before.This feelin I have now is a total contrast to what I thought before I got pregnant.I thought a baby would limit me or I would not be able to care,love or I would be inadequate,that is why when I discovered I was carrying a little one, above the excitement I felt there was fear,uncertainty,nervousness and inadecaucy.From the very first moment I knew I love her and I knew I had to do research and learn about babies so that I am ready for the road ahead.I bought books,my husband borrowed books we read and oh boy what a journey.I read like I was studying for an exam,those books helped me connect to my baby because through them I understood what was happening or what development stage she was at and that helped me to do what she expected of me at each stage.she is hear now a beautifull girl with so much energy its like my heart is suddenly bitting outside my body with a life of its own.the best feeling ever.

I am not sure how i feel about cosmo now , in short i have mixed feelings , when i moved in to the neiborhood 2 years ago i was expecting a lot from the City , i also think the place have been oversold to us . i am not sure if im feel like this alone .
